We are an independent, local real estate company built on a belief that innovative thinking combined with a commitment to always put our clients’ interests ahead of our own is what truly makes a great Realtor. Highly knowledgeable and well-trained agents are simply the baseline.
We were also formed to fill a growing need in the real estate market: the need for complete honesty, always offering our knowledge and information pertinent to clients’ needs. Transactions today are so complex–clients often can’t know what information they’re missing or what questions to ask. We anticipate gaps in their knowledge and fill those gaps without being asked to ensure the property of interest is indeed the right fit.

Why we’re different
We put less focus on things that tend to weigh a company down, and instead have a modest physical office augmented by a vast cloud-based office so we can be highly efficient and as available to our clients as possible. By keeping old fashioned overhead down we can pass these benefits along to our agents, allowing them to give each client the time and focus they deserve and better manage each client’s specific needs.
